Get help
Ask your own AI, check the common problems, or email us.
Three ways, roughly fastest to slowest.
Ask your own AI
If you already have LeadBind connected to an assistant, ask it. It can see your actual account, so "why did nobody get called back yesterday" is a question it can look into rather than guess at.
Even without a connection, these docs are built to be read by an assistant:
- Add
.mdto any page URL for the raw markdown docs.leadbind.org/llms.txtlists every page
Paste that link into Claude or ChatGPT and ask your question. It will read the right page.
Check the common problems first
Troubleshooting covers what people actually hit: calls not coming through, bookings landing at wrong times, texts not sending, the calendar not syncing. If your problem is on that page, the fix is faster than an email.
Email support
Straight answer about how that inbox works, because we ask you to disclose your AI and it would be strange not to disclose ours: an AI answers first. It knows this documentation and it knows how the product behaves, so most questions get a real answer in minutes instead of hours.
When it cannot answer, or when the question needs a decision rather than an explanation, it escalates to a person, and a person reads it. You do not have to ask for that or know the magic word. Billing disputes, anything about your account being wrong, and anything that sounds urgent go to a human by default.
To get a useful answer on the first reply rather than the third, include:
- Your account email, so we can find you
- What you expected and what happened instead
- When, roughly. "Around 2pm Tuesday" is enough
- The phone number involved, if it is about a specific call or text
- A screenshot if it is about something on screen
Note: Do not send us an API key, a password, or a customer's full details. We never need a key to help you, and if you have already sent one anywhere, revoke it.
What to expect
- Something is broken for everyone. We usually know before the email lands. Say so anyway; the volume tells us how bad it is.
- Something is broken for you. We need the details above to reproduce it. Give us those and it moves fast.
- Something is confusing. That is a docs failure, not a you failure. Tell us which page let you down and we will fix the page. The No button at the bottom of any page goes to the same place.
- You want something that does not exist. Say it plainly. We would rather hear it than not.
- You would rather talk to a person. Say so and you will. We are not going to make you argue with a robot about it.
Emergencies
If your phone line is down or every call is failing, put URGENT in the subject and include the number affected. A broken line means lost customers, and it gets treated that way.
Not a support question
- Billing, invoices, receipts: Plans, minutes, and billing
- Privacy or data questions: What we send, the Privacy Policy
- Whether you are allowed to call or text someone: Compliance. We cannot answer that one for you, but the page explains the rules and where the line is.
