Overview

What LeadBind is, the four ways to use it, and what it does for your business.

LeadBind answers the calls you miss, calls new leads back in seconds, qualifies them, and books them onto your real calendar. Then it keeps texting the ones who did not book.

Most businesses do not lose deals because their pitch is weak. They lose them because nobody picked up. LeadBind is the thing that always picks up.

Four ways to use it

You do not have to pick one. Most people set it up on the web, watch it from their phone, and never open the terminal.

What it actually does

Answers your phone. Point your number at LeadBind, or forward only the calls you miss. The assistant picks up, says who it is, finds out what the caller needs, and books them.

Calls new leads back. A form fills out on your site and LeadBind is dialing before the person has closed the tab. That single thing changes more outcomes than anything else in this product.

Books on a real calendar. Not a request. Not a "we will get back to you." It checks your actual availability, honors your buffers and your day limits, and puts the appointment on your Google Calendar.

Follows up by text. Most people do not answer the first call. LeadBind keeps working the lead on a schedule you set, and stops the second they ask it to.

Keeps the record. Every call, every outcome, every booking, in one place, so you can see what is working instead of guessing.

What it does not do

Worth knowing up front, because the gap between what people expect and what a product does is where the anger lives.

  • It does not close the sale. It qualifies and books. You close. In insurance, mortgage, and real estate that is not a limitation, it is the law.
  • It does not quote prices, rates, or coverage. See What it says and why.
  • It does not cold call strangers for you. LeadBind calls people who contacted you or who you have permission to call. See Consent.
  • It is not a full CRM. It runs the phone, the calendar, and the follow-up. If you already have a CRM you love, push leads in and keep it.

New here?

Start with the Quickstart. It takes about fifteen minutes and ends with a real appointment on your calendar, booked by the assistant, so you can hear what your customers will hear before anyone else does.
