Carrier connect

Insurance only: pull case status, applications, and commission statements automatically.

Insurance only. Connect your carrier logins and LeadBind pulls your book of business in automatically: case status, applications, and commission statements.

Open Carriers in the app.

Supported carriers

  • Americo
  • Mutual of Omaha
  • Foresters
  • Transamerica
  • Aetna

Connect the ones you write with. Skip the rest.

What it pulls

Case status. Where each application actually is, without you logging into five portals to find out.

Applications. What you submitted and when.

Commission statements. What you have been paid, alongside what you wrote.

It syncs on its own. You are not clicking refresh.

Why it matters

The gap between "I submitted it" and "it paid" is where an insurance book quietly leaks. A case that pended three weeks ago and needs one signature is invisible until somebody goes looking, and nobody goes looking across five carrier portals every morning.

Pulling status into the same place as the lead that produced it means the follow-up happens while it still matters.

What it does not do

It does not submit applications. You write the business. This reads status back.

When you write one yourself, log it from the lead's profile with Log the sale and it joins your book immediately, saved as submitted until the carrier issues it. See Logging a sale.

It does not quote. Neither does the assistant, and for the same reason: quoting is licensed activity and it is yours.

It does not replace your carrier relationship. Hierarchy, contracting, and commission rates are between you and them.

Credentials

You give LeadBind your carrier portal logins so it can read on your behalf. Two things follow from that, and both are worth being clear-eyed about:

  • Your carrier's terms govern this. Some prohibit sharing credentials. That is between you and them, and you should know your agreement before connecting.
  • These credentials are never exposed to a connected AI assistant, the CLI, or the API. They are not in any tool response at any scope. See What we send.

Disconnect any carrier at any time from the same screen.

For other industries

Carrier connect is specific to insurance. Every industry gets the universal intake trio, CSV import, lead webhook, and CRM sync, and the deeper integrations for real estate, mortgage, home services and the rest are labeled honestly on the Connections screen as they arrive.

If a "coming soon" one is blocking you, say so. What customers actually ask for is how that list gets ordered.
