Branding

Your name, logo, and colors on everything a customer sees.

Your business name, your logo, your colors on everything a customer sees. Set it once.

Account → Branding.

What to set

Business name. Exactly what your customers call you. This is not cosmetic: the assistant says it out loud at the start of every call. "Dave's" when your trucks say "Dave's Roofing and Gutters" is a disclosure problem dressed as a typo. See Disclosing the AI.

Logo. Appears on your booking page, your confirmations, and the embed. Upload a clean version with a transparent background if you have one.

Colors. A primary color is usually enough. Match your site.

Where it shows up

  • Your public booking page
  • The embedded booking widget on your own site
  • Confirmation and reminder messages
  • Appointment invites
  • The spoken business name on every call

What customers should never see

If your branding is set correctly, a customer never encounters LeadBind. They see your name on the booking page, your logo in the confirmation, and hear your business name on the phone.

That is the intent, and it matters most for agencies. See Managed clients.

Getting it right

Check the booking page yourself. Open your public link in a private window and look at it like a customer. That is the page people judge you on.

Read a confirmation. Book yourself and read what arrives. Does it look like you sent it?

Listen to a call. Does it say your name the way you say it? See Test before you go live.

Common problems

Logo looks wrong on the booking page. Usually a white logo on a white background, or a JPG with a white box behind it. Use a transparent PNG.

The assistant says the name oddly. Spell it phonetically in the business name field if it is unusual. Call and listen.

Confirmations look generic. Branding is not set, or you set it after those messages were configured. Re-check both.
