Managed clients
Run LeadBind for a client without handing them the controls.
Run LeadBind for a client without handing them the controls. For agencies and anyone reselling this as a service.
The idea
A managed client gets a working account: their number, their assistant, their bookings, their branding. What they do not get is the configuration surface. They do not tune the script, change availability rules, or see the plumbing.
You do that. They see results.
This matters because the failure mode of white-labeling a powerful tool is a client who changes one setting, breaks their own campaign, and calls you at 8pm.
Setting one up
From Team → Clients, create the account and configure it the way you would your own:
- Their number
- Their availability, from their real schedule, not your guess
- Their script, in their voice
- Their branding: logo, colors, name. They should never see ours
- Their automations
Then hand them a login that shows the results.
Doing it fast
Configuring the fifth roofing client from scratch is wasted work. Get one right, then snapshot it and apply the snapshot to the next one. Minutes instead of an afternoon.
What stays separate
Every account is its own tenant. Leads, calls, and bookings never cross between clients, and there is no key that reads two accounts at once. See Keys and permissions.
That separation is not a setting you can relax. It is what makes this safe to sell.
Who is responsible for what
Worth being explicit with your clients in writing, because it decides who pays if something goes wrong.
You configure it. The script, the hours, the automations. If the assistant says something wrong, that is your script.
They own the relationship with their customers. Their leads, their consent, their license. If they feed you a purchased list, that is their exposure, and you should refuse to run it anyway. See Consent and opt-outs.
They hold their own licenses. You cannot quote, bind, or advise on their behalf, and neither can the assistant. See What it says and why.
Texting registration is per business. Each client registers their own brand and campaign. You cannot register once and cover everybody. See A2P.
