Call analytics
Conversion, sentiment, and cost-comparison numbers for a period, not just a single call.
Calls tells you what happened on each call. Analytics tells you what the whole period is worth.
Open Calls in the app, then the Analytics tab next to History.
The period selector
7D, 30D, 90D, or All time. Every number on the page recomputes for whichever period is selected, including the cost comparison and sentiment breakdown below. There is no custom date range yet; pick the closest of the four.
The numbers
- Total calls: every call your AI took in the period.
- Avg call length: how long the AI is on the phone per call, on average.
- Bookings: how many of those calls became an appointment.
- Conversion rate: bookings divided by total calls.
- Positive sentiment: the share of calls the AI rated as a positive interaction. See Sentiment below for what that actually measures.
- Hours saved: an estimate of the phone time you did not have to spend, based on average call length.
Cost comparison
A rough estimate, not a real quote: it assumes a traditional receptionist costs about $2,500 a month and handles about 400 calls in that time, then compares that rate to what your AI actually handled in the selected period. Estimated savings is the difference. Treat it as a talking point for justifying the spend, not as an exact accounting figure.
Sentiment
Every call gets scored positive, neutral, or negative based on how the conversation went, not just whether it booked. A call can be unresolved in Calls and still read as neutral or positive here if the caller was not frustrated, and a booked call can score negative if the caller was clearly annoyed getting there. Use it alongside outcomes, not instead of them: outcomes tell you what happened, sentiment tells you how it felt.
What to do with this
- Conversion rate low, sentiment fine. The AI is being pleasant but not closing. Check your script and Availability, the same troubleshooting path as a
connected-heavy week in Calls. - Sentiment trending negative. Something in the script or the voice is landing wrong before you even get to outcomes. Pull a few negative calls and listen.
- Estimated savings look low for your call volume. Check that Availability is not turning calls away before they reach the AI. A call that never connects never shows up here as savings.
A connected assistant can pull this for you: "What is my conversion rate and sentiment for the last 30 days?"
