The dialer
Power dialing, parallel lines, and the live copilot for calls you make yourself.
For when you are doing the calling, not the assistant. Open Dialer in the app.
This is the other half of LeadBind. The AI receptionist handles volume; the dialer is for the calls you want to make yourself.
Work a list without dialing
Load a lead list and work it without touching a keypad. Call ends, you log the outcome, the next lead comes up.
The point is removing the pause between calls. That gap is where reps check their phone, and it is the difference between sixty dials and twenty-five in the same hour.
Skip moves past a lead without dialing. Disposition logs what happened and advances. Both are one action, deliberately.
Parallel lines
You can dial more than one number at a time and get connected to whoever answers first.
It raises your talk time on a list where most people do not pick up. It also means more people hear a ring with nobody there, so it is a tool for cold lists rather than for people expecting your call.
Important: More lines means more abandoned calls, and abandoned-call rates are regulated under telemarketing rules. Turn this up because your list is cold, not because the number looks good. See Consent and opt-outs.
Live coaching on every call
While you are on a call, LeadBind reads the running transcript and gives you one next move: the specific rebuttal to the objection you just heard, or the line that gets to the appointment.
One move, not a wall of text. You cannot read a paragraph while someone is talking to you.
It knows your industry's approach, so an insurance call and a home services call get different coaching, and it carries the same compliance guardrails as everything else: it will not tell you to quote a rate, promise an outcome, or push past a no.
The transcript stays in your account. It is never available to a connected AI assistant, the CLI, or the API. See What we send.
Lead briefs
Before the call connects, you get the short version of who you are about to talk to: where they came from, what they asked for, and what happened last time. It is the difference between "hi, is this Maria?" and "hi Maria, calling about the roof leak you mentioned Tuesday."
Promising a callback
When somebody says "call me Tuesday", set it on the lead's profile under Follow up rather than writing it in a note. It moves the lead to the callback stage and stores the real time, so it appears under Upcoming callbacks on Home instead of relying on you remembering to read the note.
A book you imported keeps the attempt count and last-called date it already had, so the dialer does not restart a lead you have already chased six times, and your attempt cap still means what it says. See Follow-up and Bring in your leads.
Recording and disclosure
Dialer calls are recorded like any other. You are a party to these calls, so the recording disclosure is yours to give, not the assistant's. The automatic AI disclosure does not apply when a human is dialing.
If you call across state lines, say it in your opening. See Call recording.
Dialer or the AI?
Not either-or.
- The AI for speed and volume: calling every new lead in seconds, working the follow-up sequence, catching the calls you miss.
- The dialer for the conversations worth your voice: a list you want to work personally, a lead that went quiet, a callback you promised.
Most teams let the AI do first touch and the humans do the ones that matter. See Calls and outcomes for reading the difference.
Common problems
No audio. The browser needs microphone permission. Check the address bar.
Nothing to dial. No list loaded, or every lead in it is dispositioned.
Calls connect but the copilot is silent. It needs a running transcript, so give it a few seconds of actual conversation.
Your number is not showing. Caller ID is not set. See Get your number.
